Theresa B. Shupe, MDFounded and runs Lifetime Medicine on the principles of the Patient Centered Medical Home. After seeing a significant increase in obesity and obesity related health problems (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, joint problems, etc), Dr. Shupe studied weight loss programs.

She chose Ideal Protein to offer to patients due to the sound medical science, diversity of products, and educational program offered to not only take off weight, but to maintain weight loss. She keeps active with her twin daughters and her church. She graduated from George Washington University and is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Kathy Preston, Weight Loss Clinic Manager/Coach

Kathy graduated from Bentley College with an associates degree in accounting. Shortly after moving to Virginia with her husband and four kids, Kathy made a career for herself as a real estate agent. She has been with Lifetime Family Medicine for 7 years, and has recently become a proud grandmother.

Lynda Foor, Weight Loss Coach

Lynda Foor, Weight Loss CoachLynda is currently studying for Bachelors in Nursing at Stratford University and is a Certified Dental Assistant. She joined Lifetime Family Medicine in the Fall of 2011. After starting on the protocol in March 2012, Lynda decided to become a coach. As an Weight Loss Coach, She strives to provide excellent and friendly service to her patients.

She has seen the program work in so many lives and truly loves watching patients melt away week after week. Her goal is to support, encourage, and sustain patients during their time with the protocol until the dieter reaches their target goal. Lynda is married and has two beautiful children.

Leah Suzuki, Weight Loss Coach

Leah Suzuki, Weight Loss CoachLeah is a Certified Medical Assistant and phlebotomist as well as a Nursing student.

She joined Lifetime Family Medicine in February 2013. After seeing incredible results from other program participants, she also joined the protocol. The program has changed her life on so many levels and given her a new perspective on the benefits of healthy eating and lifestyle.

She looks forward to sharing the tools she was given with others. Leah is a busy mom of one.

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
